Real Estate Paralegal

Recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal in Downtown Orlando, Florida, courtesy of Special Counsel!  The ideal candidate will have an extensive commercial real estate transaction background, as well as the ability to thrive with high profile clientele. This opportunity is with a leading Florida law firm who is seeking an experienced and professional individual to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Analyze commercial real estate transaction documents

• Review and analyze corporate financial information

• Resolve and investigate title issues

• Drafts closing documents, contract amendments, easements, objection letters, and other documents related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate

• Manages primary interactions with title companies to obtain relevant documents

• Prepare for large complex closings

Qualifications:

 

• Three or more years’ experience in real estate closings

• College degree and paralegal certificate preferred

• Experience in large commercial projects a plus

• Additional experience in multimillion dollar loans beneficial

• Must have exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
