Receptionist / File Clerk

Are you a highly professional receptionist / file clerk interested in a contract job opportunity in Portland, OR? You will be responsible for greeting clients and guests, answering the main phone line, filing, maintaining office supplies, distributing mail, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, a highly polished and professional demeanor, and a winning personality.  

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience; previous experience in a legal environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
