Records Manager

Special Counsel's valued law firm client is in need of a Records Manager.  This position is a very important roleto the firm as you are responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and safekeeping of paper and electronic data and other records by coordinating storage, retrieval, usage, and records retention.  Ability to work in a highly professional environment.  Must have prior law firm records experience.  Firm would consider a JD with records experience.  To hear more about this interesting role please send your resume to or 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all law firm clients records in accordance with governmental policies and procedures recommended by ARMA adhering to all governmental regulations
  • Ability to work with Attorneys, clients to provide assistance and information in a timely manner 
  • Proven track record of successfully working with attorneys, executives, and staff to provide a wide range of support to the the firms clients and ability to manage 
  • Must have understanding of archiving and the file transfer process
  • Understanding of confidentiality while maintaing and innovating the records process for efficiency and compliance
  • Must be highly organized with excellent research and technology skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Excel, and Outlook
