Special Counsel is looking to hire a temp to perm process compliance contracts paralegal or contracts administrator.
Details and Requirements:
Expected Start: rolling
Hour Requirement: 40 hours min. a week
Pay Rate: $28 an hour
Temp duration: 3-6 months
At least two years of process/regulatory compliance experience working with contracts preferred

The Process Compliance Contracts Paralegal will perform Quality control on master settlement agreement checklists, provide reporting, dashboards, and metrics (e.g. compliance w/desktop procedures, checklist procedures, service level and other reporting).
Collaborates with legal to finalize drafts for vendor review and approval.
Store info related to deck/attendance/notices to EMS
Manage and track contract review process, escalate when necessary
Send contracts to the legal team after initial quality control review
Follow quality control check points dictated by bank.
Follow-up with vendors on completing portions of contracts
Send amendment complete communication to EM/ES/LOB lead
Monitor execution process of contracts
Respond to inquiries and routing to appropriate team members.

Ability to be cross functional in different responsibilities
Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
Skilled in demonstrating strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Skilled in Customer Relations in a manner consistent with professional communications; effective, prompt, and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, etc.
