Parker & Lynch Legal is searching for a Talent Manager in New York, NY. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of HR management experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing staff and career coaching
  • Project management, including compensation and benefits
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Manages HR or TM as required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in management experience in a law firm
  • Proficiency with employee relations
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent, Masters degree preferred
  • Team player with great time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
