Technical Support Specialist

Would you like to work at a prominent AMLAW 100 Law Firm in Dallas?  As the Technology Support Specialist, you will be responsible for on-site technical support and maintenance of software and hardware configurations.  You will provide extensive L2 desk-side support in a solution focused and client driven culture.  


  • At least 3 years experience supporting end-users in a professional environment, experience within a law firm setting is ideal.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and supporting personal computers in a Windows 7/10 environment
  • Customer service and communication skills are essential.
