This position is based in Dallas. Immediate need for  2–3 month assignment.

Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney

The ideal candidate will have a full range of experience with corporate and transactional work, including drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including pragmatic conflict resolution among many stakeholders


  • Draft and negotiate complex agreements including vendor, IP licensing, NDAs, SOWs, SAAS, sales, and other agreements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Maintain contract management system
  • Review contracts for risk management and compliance purposes
  • Interface with various cross-functional teams including legal, finance, sales, and IT
  • Will report to AGC - Transactions



  • 4+ years of commercial contracts attorney experience, including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  • JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in TX
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management lifecycle software
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
