Temporary Document Management Analyst

Premiere financial institution is looking for a Temporary Document Management Analyst to start in June 2021.

Job Duties:

  • Performs database searches, exports reports, and other data retrieval assignments using established network databases including Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, and CaseView
  • Prepares and submits legal pleadings, forms, reports, correspondence, and other documents within established deadlines
  • Performs moderately complex litigation support tasks, including discovery productions, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as ?nancial records, health care materials, and other litigation
  • Completes detailed indexing of case, creates witness binders, and prepares deposition and trial exhibits;
  • Creating logs for subpoena returns and discovery purposes;
  • Supports investigative and trial teams by preparing subpoenas, uploading/organizing subpoena returns, preparing discovery and assisting in discovery productions, and creating trial exhibits;
  • Drafts legal documents for attorneys’ review, including but not limited to motions and responses to defense pleadings;
  • Reviews and edits drafts of substantive legal documents drafted by attorneys, and other support staff members
  • Drafts documents for accomplishing litigation support assignments;
  • Performs basic legal research for the attorneys including cite-checking;
  • Proofreads and edits deliverable products, and enters data into case management systems;
  • Keeps track of the attorneys’ calendar and their deadlines;
  • Prepares documents for scanning, performs other document collection related activities, including OCRing documents, redacting and labeling
  • Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience performing the above tasks 
  • Must be open to the duration of the project
  • Must have a Bachelor's
