A state organization whose mission it is to foster the creation and preservation of high-quality affordable housing, while working strategically to revitalize neighborhoods and communities throughout the state is looking for a Temporary Paralegal/Document Specialist to assist for at least 6 weeks. They are lookig for the successful candidate to start on October 12th.
Perform basic review of recorded mortgages, assignments, title policies and other collateral documents for compliance with SONYMA requirements.
Interfile collateral documents into agency records archives; and
Update records inventory system.
The single-family team requires an onsite temporary staffer for a Document Specialist role. The responsibilities for the role include the following:
Candidates should have the following skills:
Familiarity with mortgage documents.
Moderate skills levels in MS Word, MS Excel, data entry and database management.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
At least 3 years of experience listed in description above
