You will be handling all aspects the trust and estate administration process. This will include drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence, including inventories, asset allocation agreements, Judicial Council forms, asset transfer documents, probate pleadings, Spousal property petitions, grant deeds, trust transfer deeds, and supporting documentation as needed. Are you someone who exhibits high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to constantly reprioritize an ever-shifting workload on the fly? Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of trust & estates legal assistant experience
  • Must be familiar with local court rules and procedures
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
