Special Counsel took a two-pronged approach to deal with our client’s departmental inefficiencies. First, we worked with IT and attorney partners to target an improved intake form provider, and then improved the logic of the intake questionnaire to capture maximum information from procurement partners with minimum expenditure from legal. Second, we created complex negotiation guidelines that codified the transaction team’s best practices.
